Coach Tom

I am a person in love with the science and philosophy of human performance, both physical and mental. As a Health & Fitness Coach for over 14 years, I have had the opportunity to help thousands of people achieve greater levels of health and well being through exercise and personal development. After graduating with a degree in Exercise Science from Colby-Sawyer College in 2003, I have had the privilege of holding several health leadership positions including Health and Wellness Director at the Haverhill YMCA as well as Director and Operator of CrossFit Cedardale. My clients have ranged in ages from 7 to 97. My areas of expertise include fat loss, nutrition, injury prevention, pain free movement, improving “real life” performance, postural correction, assisted stretching, disease prevention and attitude elevation. I am proficient in analyzing and correcting improper movement as well as self defeating thought and language patterns that help  to facilitate greater quality of life from seniors to professional athletes. In my spare time I enjoy reading, watching documentaries, attending personal development seminars and lectures, dancing, and talking about fitness with anyone who shares this passion. “The only thing that matters to me is the degree of positive impact I have on my member's lives. I love sharing my gifts and making people “better”. I find that if together we focus on excellence then everything else takes care of itself.”
